Made with the same lovely nourishing base as our lip balms, this Headache Balm has a combination of Lavender, Grapefruit, Marjoram, Eucalyptus, Spearmint, Rosemary, Peppermint, and Basil Essential Oils. The combination of oils are anti-spasmodic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and balancing. This balm is best used at the beginning stages of a headache. I like to apply it to temples, behind the ears, base of skull, and or in the LI-4 acupressure point which is in the “webbed fleshy bit” between the join of your thumb and pointer finger (see photo). Also simply give it a sniff to reap the aromatherapeutic benefits.
